I finally took the disposable cameras to get developed, got them scanned and now you can view them online.
I wanted to take a camera with me hoping to take some photos along the race. I came out with a pretty creative solution the night before but I have realized that running, even at a relative slow pace, and photography do not mix well. So when you see a camera with a belt clip attached to it using duct tape, now you know the story behind it.
So I don’t forget about it in the future.

If you have Windows XP and spend a lot of time infront of the computer, you should enable ClearType to give your eyes a break. update: I didn’t get to watch most of the game since we started our soccer league and had a match right in the middle of the Broncos game, so I really cannot comment much on the result or the performance of the team.
The great thing about sports is that in cases such as this one, there is next year
to look forward as I expect Plummer to learn from this experience and become yet a better player. Denver will be a team to compete with next year.
Last weekend while we watched Cinderella Man Sarah and I both asked to each other the same question: how did the US get to that point? I guess I’ve never really researched this point in time of the history of this country. I know the high level details such as the stock market crash but I wonder about the deeper issues of this period. If you are aware of a good reference book(s) that shed some light into the Great Depression I would greatly appreciate your suggestions.
Just in case you were wondering, we really liked the movie although it is not one of those that you watch when you want to relax and have an early evening, specially a couple of nights before you run a long race.
