I will be heading for Dallas in just a matter of hours. I will be spending the weekend with friends, telling old stories and having a good time. More news at 10:00!

Not quite ten o’clock quite yet but given the fact that Sky Harbor has free wireless access in terminal 4, might was well check in for a quick word or two. The planing for the weekend has fallen pretty much on Clinton (thank you so much) and they entail golf, drinks and a spirit of adventure. The list of guests remains to be determined but it is going to be a great weekend nonetheless. I am going to have the guys sign a waiver, stating they can’t make too much fun of me over the next three days. Sarah’s last words at the airport while dropping me off, no markers, don’t let them write on you! They better respect her word or they will have a long weekend come October.

update: it has been a few days now since I came back from Dallas and it was a great weekend. Thanks to everyone for coming out to be part of it, it was great to see all of you. Nobody ended up arrested, the wedding is still on and we all made it to our respective homes, so all in all I would say it was a great weekend.
