At 7:00pm the meeting was called to order… yes that’s right, I am practicing for my new role. I was voted/elected/cornered into volunteering as the Secretary of our HOA Board of Directors. What does that mean? not exactly sure at this time but right away I get to work the laptop that creates the magnetic cards because you know about that computer stuff.

The last couple of meetings that I have been to have been rather entertaining to say the least so I hope that I can bring some balance and a touch of reality to the mix. To get started on the right foot, the property owners have been asking for a community website to improve communication, so I might have to get involved with that in the next few months as time allows us to work on this project.

Other recommendations for the board? how about locking the entrance gate at 11:00pm because someone forced it open during the night. genious, I know!
