A few months ago Sarah left our previous employer to seek a new opportunity with a local company here in Phoenix. The change was hard but yet quite exciting as it was something new, different, and something she was ready to try. As with any other "new" job, she has had to learn the ropes and in some mornings she has had to dig deep for some patience (jeans with jingle bells?). Today, she continues to learn while sharing her knowledge with others in the office.
