Even though the opening ceremony for the "Games of the XXVIII Olympiad" has already taken place, I am looking forward to checking it out this evening.

I also thought it is interesting that 2 days of competition (soccer and archery) have taken place but the main news outlets failed to comment much about it. As far as the US goes, the 2004 Olympics begin tonight.
