I spent most of last night cleaning up my apartment since my parents are coming to visit us this coming weekend and staying for a few days. The are escaping the cold town of Elko, Nevada for a few days, making a couple of stops in Las Vegas.

They left Elko today and were going to spend the night in Las Vegas. Their decision to leave today was solely based on the fact that the weather channel was forecasting rain and snow for saturday and sunday. They will come into town tomorrow morning and will stay in Phoenix for a few days before going back to LV to meetup with some family friends.

I am not sure on the itinerary that we’ll have for them but I hope that I can sell them on this beautiful weather and they’ll be living here in the near future. I guess I’ll keep reminding them of the weather and all of the great thing they can do here (most of which we have yet to experience but that is another story.).

I am sure that my camera will have a busy week and I will post some pictures as we get a few to post to the site. For now, I know we are having dinner at “Bucca de Beppo” tomorrow night and planning a little cookout on sunday, other than that we are still up in the air — maybe some Christmas shopping? ;o)
